Millie Pleated Dress

Here is another fun and twirly dress project using my Spoonflower fabric. I used Millie White and Kitty Calico in Limeade for this pleated t-shirt dress with sash and hair clip. This is going to make a perfect Spring dress. This Minnesotan is ready for Spring! :)
